Welcome to Couture Download! Thank you for supporting this small, Black woman-owned business that celebrates sisterhood and sorority style.

We offer pre-sales for popular sizes and styles that may be out of stock or in high demand.

💡 What is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale means you’re reserving an item before it is restocked or produced. Once we hit our order minimum, we place a bulk order with our manufacturer.

⏳ How Long Will It Take?

Pre-sale items take approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. This includes:

• Custom production
  
• International shipping
  
•  Quality inspection
  
• Final delivery to you

🔁 Can I Return or Exchange a Pre-Sale Item?

All pre-sale items are made-to-order, which means we cannot offer refunds or but we will EXCHANGE unless the item is defective. To receive exchange you must purchase a $5.00 pre-paid label.
